This policy explains what data Glanzz ("we", operated by VALUE) collects when you use the app at this site, how we use it, and the choices you have. Glanzz predicts visual attention on images, web pages and videos; the heatmaps and scores it produces are AI estimates, not measured human eye-tracking.

What we collect

Account data. Your email address, an optional name, and a securely hashed password. We never store your password in plain text.

Content you analyze. The images you upload, the URLs you submit (and the screenshots we capture of them), and any videos you analyze. We store the resulting heatmaps, scores and area-of-interest data so you can revisit your reports.

Usage data. Basic technical logs needed to operate and secure the service.

How we use it

To provide the analysis you request, to save your reports to your workspace, to authenticate you, and to maintain and improve the service. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your uploaded creatives to train third-party models.

AI processing

Attention prediction runs on our own engine. When you request AI design recommendations, the relevant image and metrics are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) solely to generate that response; they are not used to train models.

Cookies

We use a single essential cookie to keep you signed in. We don't use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. Some preferences (such as sidebar state) are stored locally in your browser.

Storage & retention

Data is stored on our infrastructure provider (Railway, EU region) and retained while your account is active. You can delete individual analyses at any time, and you can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law (including the GDPR), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below.
